Order Preparation

Most Stoneway products are:

  • Or internationally sourced

Production timelines typically range between 1–4 weeks, depending on product type and customization level. Once your order enters production, confirmation will be provided.

Shipping Timeline

After production is complete, delivery typically requires 20–35 days. This reflects international transit and coordinated freight movement.

  • Freight scheduling
  • Customs clearance
  • Seasonal volume

We proactively monitor every shipment and provide updates throughout the process.

Freight & Delivery Structure

Shipping is determined based on:

  • Product dimensions
  • Weight
  • Cubic volume (CBM)
  • Destination
  • Order scale

For bulk or container-based orders, freight is calculated based on volume and shipping route. All freight costs are transparently confirmed prior to final invoice approval.

Delivery Experience
  • Deliveries are curbside or commercial dock unless otherwise arranged
  • White-glove or installation services may be arranged upon request
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring suitable access at the delivery location

We recommend inspecting your space in advance to ensure smooth placement.

Inspection & Condition

Upon delivery, clients are expected to inspect all goods carefully.

If any damage is observed:

  1. Document it immediately
  2. Note it on the carrier receipt
  3. Notify us within 48 hours

Prompt communication allows us to resolve matters efficiently.

Custom & Made-To-Order Pieces
  • Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced
  • Deposits may be required prior to manufacturing
  • Custom pieces are non-refundable unless defective

This ensures consistency and quality control at every stage.
